APC Services, LLC (APCS) recognizes that its most important assets are its employees and strongly promotes training and continuing education for its employees. Training and continuing education is a benefit for the employee’s personal and professional growth as well as benefiting clients and company profitability.

APCS has reputable history of employing local residents on certain remote projects, such as for the Pebble Project. Many of these resources include several APC shareholders who’ve gained valuable experience engaging in certain science disciplines, some have even gone on to pursue their formal education in these areas. These employees gained useful experience in data collection of surface water samples, biological sampling, field documentation, wildlife cataloguing, remote logistics, field measurements, and sample handling methodology such as sample filtration and chain of custody procedures.
